Workflow 1: harden your own pages
For any keyword you target, harvest its PASF set and its bottom-of-page related searches. Then audit: does your page answer each one, at least briefly?
Cover the refinements inside the page, a section, a table row, an FAQ entry via the clustering rules, and you become the result people do not bounce from. Satisfying the next search before it happens is what "comprehensive" actually means.
The SERP test still applies: a refinement whose results differ completely from your keyword's deserves its own page, linked from the first.
Workflow 2: walk the chains
PASF chains: take a refinement, harvest its PASF, repeat. Three hops out from a seed you have walked the actual path users take through a topic, which is journey mapping from public data.

Manual harvesting is genuinely fine at article scale: search in a private window, click, bounce, note the box, plus the related searches at the page bottom. Ten minutes per target keyword.

And because PASF shifts with the SERP itself, re-harvest your money keywords quarterly: refinements changing under a stable ranking means the audience's unmet needs moved, and your page should move first.
