Everything this series covered is one machine when you bolt it together: generate wide, organize hard, expand the winners, schedule a quarter. One working day, four stages, thirty pages on a calendar.
This capstone is the assembly manual.
The pipeline at altitude
Stage 1: generate from every source (one morning)
Run the full battery, each source contributing what only it sees.
| Source | It contributes | The guide |
|---|---|---|
| Autocomplete expansion | The bulk: real typed phrases | The 10-minute workflow + the tricks |
| Questions | The informational layer | Questions at scale |
| Modifier matrix | The long-tail lattice | The 120 modifiers |
| AI brainstorm | Angles and blind spots | AI, used honestly |
| Forums | Pre-search language | Reddit mining |
| Your own users | Private, pre-qualified demand | Site search and support |
| Seasonal calendar | Next quarter's spikes | Seasonal ideas |
| Refinements | Gap evidence per keyword | PASF |
Specialized niches add their own row: marketplace dialects for stores, the location matrix for local, spoken phrasing for video, per-market regeneration for international.
Depth stays optional and deliberate: silver passes everywhere, a gold dig only where a vein shows.
Stage 2: organize the firehose (90 minutes)
The four passes, exactly as specified: dedupe, cluster, score demand-fit-winnability, route into now, improve, later, never.
Out the other side: sixty-odd scored clusters, sorted. The pipeline's narrowest gate, and its most valuable ninety minutes.
Stage 3: expand the winners (one hour)
Take the top clusters and unpack each through the ten-angle framework, keeping the angles that survive autocomplete verification and the SERP cannibalization test.
This is where thirty pages come from: roughly ten clusters, each contributing its hub plus two or three validated angles. The angles also pre-draw the internal links, hub to spokes, before anything is written.
Stage 4: schedule the quarter (one hour)
Thirty slots, filled with a portfolio, not a pile.
Order within the quarter follows the ladder logic from the new-niche playbook: winnable rungs first, so early rankings feed authority to the harder slots behind them. PPC teams run the mirror step on the same day: the quarter's negative list refresh comes from the same generation output.
The loop that makes it compound
Next quarter, the pipeline reruns with one new input: results. Rankings gained move clusters to improve-and-extend; rankings missed get rescored for winnability; the never bucket eats last quarter's optimism without ceremony.
Two cycles in, the machine is calibrated to your site specifically: you know which rungs you win, which sources feed you best, and the day of planning starts paying for the quarter it plans.
The one-line takeaway: one day per quarter: generate from every source, organize into scored clusters, expand winners into angle clusters, and schedule a 30-page portfolio of wins, hubs, seasonal slots and bets. Then let next quarter's results retune the machine.
